HOW MENTOR WORKS: 

Vibe + Mentor™ is a mentorship and support designation paired with your applicable commission plan. It is not a base commission plan.

Mentorship applies while you have fewer than 3 completed transactions in the transaction type you are entering, supporting you through completion of your first three. Experience in another transaction type does not remove that support requirement.

Mentor fee: 10% of actual gross commission on each covered transaction through your first three in that activity. Paid from your share entirely to your mentor, in addition to applicable brokerage charges. No additional monthly Mentor fee; no minimum or cap. Commercial’s assumed minimum commission basis does not apply.
